Job summary

Hillcrest Caring Companions is seeking a Team Member Specialist in Bellevue, NE to recruit and onboard caregivers. You will identify, engage, interview, and hire qualified candidates while creating an engaging onboarding experience that helps new team members succeed.

The role emphasizes outreach, quick candidate movement, and coordinating with recruiting partners to maintain a strong caregiver pipeline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or caregiver recruitment is preferred.
• Experience with phone screens and in-person interviews is helpful.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and proactive recruiting outreach is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review applications daily and identify qualified caregiver candidates.
• Reach out quickly to applicants and move them through the hiring process.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess experience and fit.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews.
• Source caregiver candidates using a variety of recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Maintain accurate tracking of applications, interviews, and sourcing.
• Collaborate with Team Member Services and other hiring stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation.
