Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist to join the Human Resources team in Bellevue, NE. This role handles onboarding, benefits, leaves, employee relations, COBRA, ADA accommodations, and general HR questions, delivering a responsive and consistent HR experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with confidential information.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HR experience.
• Hands-on FMLA/leave administration.
• COBRA administration and benefits experience.
• ADA accommodations and interactive process knowledge.
• Experience supporting employee relations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support post-offer hiring and pre-onboarding for new team members.
• Assist with new-hire documentation and employee files.
• Support onboarding activities and first-day readiness.
• Maintain accurate team-member information in the HRIS.
• Assist with benefits questions, enrollment, eligibility, and deductions.
• Support COBRA administration and related notices.
