Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing home care team. This hands-on role combines caregiver recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee support, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to engage caregivers, applicants, clients, and management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional communication with applicants, employees, caregivers, clients, and management.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for caregivers and staff, from posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and ensure proper employment documentation.
• Support HR questions, maintain personnel records, and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate training, EVV/Sandata training, and ongoing development.
• Maintain HR and payroll system data with confidentiality.
