TheKey is seeking a Caregiver Ambassador in Washington to be a local champion for growing our caregiver team through community outreach, hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and grassroots recruiting.

You will create a welcoming experience for prospective caregivers and guide them through the hiring and onboarding process. In the first 90 days, focus on recruiting, raise local awareness, and build a reliable caregiver pipeline with leadership support.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Caregiver experience is a plus.
• 2 years in health care, elder care, social work, or related field.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic computer skills; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Understand home care regulations and policies.
• Be the welcoming first contact for caregivers and guide them.
• Host remote onboarding sessions; ensure paperwork and access.
• Host PCA training sessions on-site or remotely.
• Assist with recruiting activities: walk-in interviews, events, fairs.
• Deliver PPE and supplies to caregivers in the field when needed.
• Assist caregivers with company systems; connect to benefits/payroll HR.
• Log questions, escalate trends to Caregiver Manager.
• Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives.
• Participate in field visits and in-person caregiver check-ins.
• Additional duties as assigned.
