A Special Touch In-home Care is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to attract, screen, and hire caregivers (CNA, HHA, DCW) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You thrive on follow-up, relationship-building, and hitting weekly hiring goals while coordinating onboarding on-site.

This role emphasizes sourcing candidates, managing the pipeline, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate experience across Charleston and Huntington locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience, healthcare/home care preferred.
• Strong phone, email, and outreach communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Able to meet measurable recruiting goals (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill).
• Reliable transportation; on-site work in Charleston/Huntington weekly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers using job boards, social media, referrals and outreach.
• Manage sourcing pipeline from screening to interviewing to onboarding.
• Conduct high-volume outreach and move candidates through the process.
• Schedule interviews, reduce no-shows, and improve time-to-hire.
• Refresh job postings and track hiring activity in systems.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs.
• Support recruitment events and update new hire/employment files.

About the Role

A Special Touch In-Home Care is hiring aCaregiver Recruiter to help us consistently attract, interview, and hire great caregivers (CNA, HHA, Direct Care Workers). This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on follow-up, relationship-building, and hitting weekly hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers using job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Manage the pipeline: sourcing→ screening → interviewing → onboarding coordination
• Conduct high-volume outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep candidates moving
• Schedule interviews, reduce no-shows, and improve time-to-hire
• Refresh and optimize job postings to maintain strong applicant flow
• Track candidates and hiring activity accurately in our systems
• Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs
• Support recruiting events/open interview days as needed
• Updating New hire files and employee files in the agency's EMR

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent weekly caregiver hires
• Strong response rates and interview show rates
• Faster time-to-fill and better hiring quality
• A professional, positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience (healthcare/home care preferred)
• Strong phone skills and comfort with frequent outbound outreach
• Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals (calls, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in both locations weekly

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

• Home care staffing/recruiting experience
• Experience hiring CNAs/HHAs/DCWs
• Knowledge of local recruiting sources in West Virginia
