Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Preferred at least 2 years experience as a PCA.
• Has a PCA or CNA certification.
• Vaccinated or Unvaccinated are welcome (proof required prior to seeing a client).
• Can work day shifts, come & go, and is willing to take regular short hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility).
• Encouraging residents to perform as much of their own care as possible.
• Serving and assisting with meals, following pre-planned menus, and encouraging proper diet and hydration.
• Engaging residents in leisure activities, socialization, and participation in programs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely residents’ records, including medication, activities, incidents, and observations.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing housekeeping, laundry, and following cleaning schedules.
• Responding promptly and appropriately to emergency situations and resident requests.
