Help at Home, a national home care provider, seeks a Caregiver Service Specialist to help manage caregiver rosters and uphold high quality patient care. You will monitor performance, ensure compliance, support new caregivers, and maintain open communication channels to recognize and engage staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to two years of customer service or related experience.
• Other requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver roster management – maintain preferences and hours and keep data current in all systems.
• Monitors caregiver performance to ensure quality service.
• Ensures ongoing caregiver compliance with state requirements and trainings.
• Welcomes and supports new caregivers and provides ongoing guidance.
• Communicates with caregivers through regular touchpoints and recognizes good work.
• Reviews caregiver satisfaction surveys and takes corrective actions when needed.
• Handles caregiver questions and issues professionally.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
