Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Caregiver Manager in Naples, FL to oversee caregiving services, coordinate caregiver scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing training. You will ensure high-quality care for clients and support the caregiver experience, addressing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

You will supervise caregivers, conduct evaluations, match staff to client needs, and maintain schedules while collaborating with administration to keep operations efficient and compliant with state

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• One year of scheduling experience in a health care or human services setting using an online scheduling system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers to deliver compassionate and effective care.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules to ensure coverage for all clients.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to maintain efficient workflow between caregivers and the office.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance caregiver skills.
• Ensure shifts are staffed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
