Job summary

A local community service provider in Naples is seeking a caregiver to assist a young female with daily activities and promote her independence. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, 1+ year of caregiving experience, and must be compassionate and dependable. This entry-level position offers a schedule from Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with a compensation of $15.00 per hour. Background screening is required.

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

Looking for a caregiver for a young female. Needs assistance with all ADL's, supervision and community outings.

Salary: $15.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm.This is an independent contract position.

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Ensuring individuals' safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

Qualifications and Skills:
