TheKey of Illinois, LLC is seeking a Caregiver Manager to oversee caregiving services, coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure high-quality client care. You will lead caregiver supervision, onboarding, licensing compliance, and ongoing training while maintaining accurate records and effective communication with office staff.

The role requires strong leadership, compassion, and organizational skills to keep operations efficient and ensure top-tier care in home settings across our service area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related field.
• 1 year scheduling experience in health care or human services setting with online system preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support to deliver compassionate care.
• Supervise caregivers including coaching and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct evaluations and develop skills and performance.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs, skills, and availability.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules with coverage and timely changes.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for seamless communication and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives based on feedback.
• Support ongoing caregiver training and licensing/compliance updates.
• Maintain caregiver records, timekeeping, and availability in systems.
• Enter client and caregiver scheduling data accurately; assist payroll processing.
• Review and approve caregiver time off requests for payroll.
• Schedule client visits per care plans and staff availability.
• Document client concerns and report trends to management.
• Educate on schedule accuracy, rates, and care notes; meet payroll and billing deadlines.
• Meet retention guidelines and develop retention improvement plans.
• Support workers' compensation claims from start to finish with timely processing.
• Collaborate with Workers' Compensation team to ensure compliance.
• Comply with health and safety regulations; provide after-hours support as needed.
