TheKey, LLC is seeking a Caregiver Manager to oversee caregiving services, supervise caregivers, and coordinate daily client and caregiver schedules. You will ensure onboarding, compliance, training, and staff support while maintaining high-quality care.

Responsibilities include matching caregivers to clients, managing payroll-related timekeeping, maintaining accurate records, and driving retention through coaching and development. A leadership mindset and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Two years of health care, elder care, social work, or related industry experience.
• One year of scheduling experience in health care or human services preferred.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Proficiency with documenting notes and using office software.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and corrective action for caregivers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules and respond to changes.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assess care services for compliance with standards and regulations.
• Implement quality improvements based on feedback.
• Support ongoing caregiver training and licensing compliance.
• Enter and update caregiver and client scheduling in systems.
• Review payroll and approve timekeeping for processing.
• Schedule client visits according to care plans.
• Document client concerns and report trends to management.
• Educate on scheduling accuracy, rates, and care notes.
• Meet caregiver retention goals and implement improvement plans.
• Support workers’ compensation claims from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support; handle additional duties.
