Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Caregiver Manager to oversee and coordinate caregiving services for clients at home. You will supervise caregivers, align schedules with care plans, and ensure high-quality, compliant service for clients while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include onboarding, training, performance reviews, licensing compliance, and coordination with payroll, benefits, and HR, with a focus on caregiver retention and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2 years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• 1 year of scheduling experience in health care or human services preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Proficient in documenting notes and keeping systems up to date.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise caregivers to deliver compassionate, effective care.
• Supervise caregivers with coaching and corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs and availability.
• Develop and manage caregiver schedules to ensure coverage.
• Coordinate with administrative staff for smooth communication and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Support ongoing caregiver training and licensing compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for payroll, benefits, and HR concerns.
