Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sit at the front of the office and greet every scheduled caregiver warmly and professionally.
• Confirm completion of pre-arrival items and help candidates finish anything outstanding.
• Conduct in-person interviews and administer drug tests.
• Complete the onboarding process, including drug screening and background checks.
• Complete and verify onboarding paperwork, digital forms, and required signatures.
• Review required compliance items and identify anything missing.
• Deliver a robust orientation presentation and training for new caregivers.
• Ensure caregivers understand company policies, procedures, expectations, and scheduling processes.
• Assess candidates in person and flag concerns to the recruiting team.
• Introduce new caregivers to the on-site Care Management team.
