Job summary
No Worries Care is seeking a full-time Onboarding Coordinator based in Tacoma, with occasional support for Renton. You will lead weekly caregiver orientations, ensure online training completion, and finalize new-hire paperwork to keep files compliant.
You’ll also assist with shift finalization, billing prep, and serve as a backup scheduler. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in home care or related office roles, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in home care or office coordination.
- Ability to lead orientations clearly and warmly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead caregiver orientations weekly in Tacoma and Renton.
- Facilitate online training and ensure completion.
- Schedule new hires for orientations and collect paperwork.
- Prepare materials and follow up on missing items.
- Serve as first point of contact for new caregivers.
- Review and finalize caregiver shifts and verify billing readiness.
- Fill open shifts as backup scheduler.
