Savant Senior Living in West Hollywood, CA is seeking a Caregiver to provide direct care and medication assistance to residents, under the Wellness Director. You will assist with activities of daily living, lifts, and transfers, while upholding safety and dignity in a warm, supportive environment.

Requirements include memory care experience preferred, a high school diploma, and current CPR and First Aid certifications. Fluency in English is essential, and the role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care or similar facility preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or state-regulated equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents per community standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers as needed.
• Lift and transfer residents; ensure safety and dignity at all times.
• Speak, read, and understand English fluently as part of daily communication.

What you will do:

• Reporting to the Wellness Director, the Caregiver is responsible for providing direct care and medication assistance to the residents in a manner that meets or exceeds Community expectations.


• Provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.


• Lift and/or transfer residents as needed.


• Must possess valid First Aid Certifications and, according to state regulations


• Speak read and understand English fluently.

Must haves:

EXPERIENCE IN MEMORY CARE SETTING

• This position prefers a high school diploma or equivalent certificate and a competent history in a similar facility.
