Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join a memory care team in Colorado. You will support residents with daily living activities, work with a supportive nursing team, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and personalized care environment.

The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and strong communication, with shift differentials for overnight and weekend work. Full-time schedule includes some holidays and weekends, with a community-first, non-corporate culture and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Nursing Assistant training is preferred.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety practices; experience with EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Assist with mobility and transport within the facility.
• Document care using electronic health record systems (ECP).
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized resident care plans.
• Protect resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, youll play a vital part in supporting residents in a memory care setting, helping them live with dignity, comfort, and safety. Youll work side-by-side with a supportive nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care while bringing patience, pride, and heart to your work.

What We Offer

In addition to your base hourly rate, the following shift differentials will apply:

• Overnight shifts worked Monday through Thursday: additional $3.00 per hour
• Overnight shifts worked Friday through Sunday: additional $4.00 per hour
• Day or evening shifts worked Saturday through Sunday: additional $2.00 per hour
