Job summary

Laurel Parc at Bethany Village in Beaverton, OR is seeking dedicated Caregivers to assist with daily living activities for our older adult residents. Responsibilities include helping with light housekeeping, personal care, and ensuring safety while documenting observations.

We offer full-time and part-time roles on day, swing, and night shifts. Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of experience, CPR/First Aid training, Oregon Food Handlers Permit, and weekend availability;

• A passion for working with seniors.
• At least 6 months of experience in caregiving or similar setting.
• Completion of paid pre-employment trainings provided during onboarding.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid training (employer provided) and Oregon Food Handlers Permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide general attention to residents' needs.
• Document Activities of Daily Living for each resident.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety; report condition changes.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks; maintain confidentiality and attendance.

Our care team help residents with light housekeeping, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, oral & hair care, transferring and other needs based on individual service plans. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures.
