Job summary

Central Bethany Development Co LP in Portland, OR is seeking a Landscape Assistant for full-time work. The role requires outdoor maintenance, planting and debris removal, with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule and hourly pay of $21.50–$22.00.

Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton-Hillsboro area, seeks a full-time Landscape Assistant to join our facilities team in the charming Bethany Village neighborhood! The successful candidate will have some form of landscaping experience, strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay: $21.50-22.00 per hour

Shift: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform planting, composting, weeding, mowing and blowing of leaves and grass
• Pick up loose mail, trash, debris and dispose of it appropriately
• Trim and prune hedges as well as perform edging tasks
• Operate leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, and other equipment as needed

QualificationsLanguage Requirement

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
