Job summary

Care Advantage Inc in Winchester, VA is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead our caregiver recruitment engine and build the strongest caregiving team in Virginia. This role drives growth across the community, screens and onboards talent, and launches retention programs to keep caregivers engaged and empowered.

You will also deliver warm orientations, maintain compliant HR files, oversee screenings, and stay audit-ready while supporting on-call needs to ensure smooth operations and exceptional

This is not a remote or Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our Winchester VA office

• Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.


• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
