Job summary

Flournoy Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Care Support Specialist to coordinate caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing compliance across an assigned service area.

You will work closely with Care Relationship Managers, Nursing, HR, Billing, and operations to ensure readiness and service initiation. The role centers on supporting both caregiver and client lifecycles, with a focus on timely communication, accurate system updates, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Knowledge of TB tests, CPR/First Aid, background checks, and annual training requirements.
• Ability to supervise caregiver performance and conduct home visits.
• Strong communication across Care Relationship Managers, HR, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Schedule and manage caregiver onboarding and ongoing compliance.
• Support client onboarding, reassessments, and service changes.
• Ensure accurate system updates and timely follow-up.
• Serve as the coordination point between caregiver readiness and client needs.
• Conduct home visits to observe caregiver performance.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and problem resolution to support retention.
