Flournoy Health Systems is hiring a Care Support Specialist in Albany, GA. The role coordinates caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling while supporting client onboarding and reassessments.

You will work with Care Relationship Managers, Nursing, HR, Billing, and other partners to ensure readiness and compliance. The position involves field visits, home observations, and maintaining compliant caregiver files, with a focus on timely processes and high-quality client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling.
• Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for required field visits.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in home health, healthcare, or staffing coordination within the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, orientation, scheduling, engagement, and ongoing compliance for an assigned area.
• Support client onboarding, reassessments, service changes, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with Care Relationship Managers, Nursing, HR/Recruiting, Billing, and other partners to ensure readiness.
• Ensure timely follow-up, accurate system updates, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Conduct home visits to observe caregiver performance and ensure quality of care.
• Maintain accurate caregiver files and ensure compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid requirements.
