Job summary

Flournoy Health Systems in Macon, GA is seeking a Care Support Specialist to coordinate caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing compliance across the service area. You will work with Care Relationship Managers, Nursing, HR, Billing, and other partners to ensure caregivers are ready for assignment and clients begin services smoothly.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills are essential for success, and a valid driver’s license is required for field

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or a related service environment.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for required field visits.

Responsibilities

Maintain a dedicated caseload of caregivers and be the main contact.
Conduct home visits to observe performance and ensure quality of care.
Perform caregiver onboarding, paperwork review, and compliance checks.
Track credentials (TB, CPR/First Aid, background checks) and renewals.
Coordinate with HR and Care Relationship Managers to start services and schedule.
Escalate issues to Care Relationship Manager and HR.
Assist in field visits and drive client onboarding across service areas.
