Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an HR Service Center Specialist to provide centralized, frontline HR support to caregivers and leaders across the caregiver lifecycle. You will handle intake, documentation, and resolution of HR inquiries, ensuring data integrity and timely resolution.

You will ensure adherence to SLAs, resolve standard to complex inquiries, and collaborate with HR partners to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business field.
• Two or more years in HR, HR operations, or a high-volume service center.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and caregiver employment practices.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture, document, and diagnose HR service needs to ensure complete and timely case resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR partners to resolve inquiries efficiently and elevate complex matters.
• Import, index, and review documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Identify trends and contribute to process improvements in the HR service center.
• Support development and maintenance of job aids, knowledge articles, and standardized procedures.
