Interim HealthCare of Chester County is seeking a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home support to seniors in PA. Expect competitive pay of $14–$16 per hour with per diem (PRN) options, a 1:1 client ratio, and a supportive local team behind you.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of verifiable caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Valid two-step PPD or TB Gold.
• A smartphone with the ability to download and use a timeclock app.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Compassionate nature with strong communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and independently.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety through ambulation assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Promote health and well-being with medication reminders, documenting conditions, and reporting concerns.
• Create meaningful moments through engaging activities like puzzles, reading, and shared hobbies.
