Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides in Montgomery County, PA to provide personal care and in-home support for seniors. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, transportation and companionship, while documenting care and maintaining safety.

We offer a $10–$16 per hour wage, a $600 signing bonus, 1:1 client ratios, flexible scheduling, online training, holiday pay and benefits such as vision, dental and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Home Health Aide (HHA) registration in PA or equivalent credentials.
• Direct experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Must have and be able to pass the necessary state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

• Valid PA driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation
• Compassionate, helping nature, and a good communicator.
• 2 Step PPD, Chest X-ray or QuantiFERON Gold
