Interim HealthCare is seeking an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide to support seniors in Lackawanna, Wayne, and Luzerne counties. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe home environment. There are 1:1 client ratios, flexible shifts, and pay of $14–$15 per hour.

Health insurance with 30 hours/week, weekly pay, direct deposit, referral bonuses, CEU training, and ongoing support from a local team are offered.

Competenze

• CPR certification required.
• Valid PA driver’s license and transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, and good communicator.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with light housekeeping, meals, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders and document conditions for supervisors.

In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide HHA

with Interim Healthcare of Scranton, PA

in Lackawanna, Wayne, and/or Luzerne Counties

What to expect as an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:

• $14-$15 per hour
• 1:1 Aide-to-client ratios
• Variety of hours offered weekdays and weekends; 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Health Insurance (maintain 30 hours per week), Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Referral Bonuses, a local team for continuous support
• Build your skills with online training and earn CEUs

What you will do as an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Requirements for the In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six (6) months of personal care experience in a similar role
• CPR certification
• Valid PA driver’s license and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
