Monarch Communities Brandywine Living Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Caregiver (HHA/CNA) for full-time, part-time and per diem shifts. The role offers $20.31–$21.31 per hour and requires at least 1 year of resident care experience with CNA/HHA certification.

You will deliver compassionate personal care, assist with ADLs, update care plans, and promote resident participation in community programs, supported by a benefits package including health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year resident care experience.
• CNA or Certified Home Health Aide certification is required.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Experience with elderly populations, dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Update residents' personal Resident Care Plan based on changes.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

What will you get to do as a Care Manager?

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year resident care experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid

• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience
