Monarch Communities in Mahwah, NJ is hiring Caregiver- HHA & CNA for full-time, part-time and per diem shifts. Hourly rate ranges from $20.31 to $21.31 with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.

Provide warm personal care and companionship, assist with ADLs, and help update care plans while promoting resident participation in activities. English required; CNA/HHA certs preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CNA or HHA certification required or preferred.
• English reading/writing and speaking skills required.
• Experience with elderly residents and dementia preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year resident care experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Able to speak, read and write in English
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience
