Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join Brandywine/Monarch- Brandywine at Princeton. This full-time, non-exempt role involves assisting residents with daily activities per care plans, with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, including every other weekend.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. Qualified CNAs or CHHAs are preferred; prior experience with elderly residents, including dementia, is a plus.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, and groomed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during your shift.
• Report any change in a resident's condition to your supervisor immediately.

The Caregiver will report to Health & Wellness Director. The Caregiver is a Full-Time, non-exempt, hourly position.

Job Overview

Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.

Full Time: 7am-3pm,3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am Monday through Friday including every other weekend

Salary Range $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

Physical Abilities

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell.
• An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
