Brandywine Living at Mahwah by Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver - HHA & CNA to join our team in Mahwah, NJ. This full/part-time role offers multiple shifts with an hourly rate of $20.31–$21.31.

Provide compassionate personal care, assist with ADLs, and support residents in daily activities in a warm, home-like setting. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED, CNA/HHA certification, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year resident care experience required.
• A CNA or HHA certification is required.
• English reading, writing and speaking ability required; elder care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.

Caregiver - HHA & CNA - Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Shifts Available

Location: Brandywine Assisted Living, Mahwah, NJ

Hourly Rate: $20.31 - $21.31

Open Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

What will you get to do as a Care Manager

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year resident care experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid
• Able to speak, read and write in English
• Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience
