Agemark Senior Living’s The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join the overnight team. You’ll assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs while keeping them safe, comfortable, and heard throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Washington State CNA or HCA credential.

• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.
• Promote Comfort and Safety: Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Provide Reassurance: Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.
• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

What You’ll Bring

• Required Certification: Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.
