The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Night Caregiver to join our overnight team. This full-time role focuses on safe, dignified care for residents and building meaningful connections through the night.

Required: Washington CNA or HCA credential. We offer a $1.00/hour overnight differential, benefits, PTO from Day 1, a free meal per shift, DailyPay, and a supportive EPIC culture that values teamwork and compassion.

Qualificações

What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.

• Promote Comfort and Safety: Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Provide Reassurance: Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

What You’ll Bring

• Required Certification: Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.
