The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Night Caregiver to join our overnight team. This full-time role focuses on safe, dignified care for residents and building meaningful connections through the night.

Required: Washington CNA or HCA credential. We offer a $1.00/hour overnight differential, benefits, PTO from Day 1, a free meal per shift, DailyPay, and a supportive EPIC culture that values teamwork and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington CNA or HCA credential.
• Overnight availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate, patient communication and teamwork.
• Training is provided; caregiving experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal care.
• Maintain a safe, peaceful overnight environment.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report concerns.
• Build connections with residents, families, and staff.
• Respond to resident needs with patience and respect.
• Preserve dignity and independence of residents.
