Job summary

Agemark Senior Living’s The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join the overnight team. You’ll assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs while keeping them safe, comfortable, and heard throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Bring a friendly, compassionate and encouraging approach to your work.
• Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.
• Be willing to collaborate with and support coworkers.
• Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.
• Maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable overnight environment.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
