The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for overnight shifts. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, monitor well-being, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment during the night. Candidates must have a current Washington CNA or Home Care Aide credential.

Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required, as we provide training. Strong communication, dependability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.

• Promote Comfort and Safety: Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Provide Reassurance: Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

What You’ll Bring

• Required Certification: Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.
