You will support daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and build meaningful connections with residents and families while upholding dignity and kindness. Training is provided to new caregivers.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a current Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• Positive attitude and compassionate approach to care.
• Heart for seniors and genuine desire to help.

• Strong communication and patient listening.
• Dependable for overnight shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.

• Promote Comfort and Safety: Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Provide Reassurance: Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

What You’ll Bring

• Required Certification: Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.

• Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly, compassionate, and encouraging approach to your work.
