TheKey is seeking a caregiver operations coordinator in Roanoke, VA to support onboarding, field visits, and caregiver resources. You will host remote onboarding sessions, assist with recruiting events, and help caregivers access company systems and benefits.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and valid driver's license. The Key provides comprehensive benefits, training, and a supportive team to ensure high-quality care for clients at home.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or the equivalent.
• Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus.
• Two years of healthcare, elder care, social work, or related industry experience.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities under deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Computer proficiency and timely notes in the system.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for caregivers and help navigate company resources.
• Host remotely facilitated onboarding sessions for new caregivers, ensuring paperwork and access.
• Host remotely facilitated PCA training sessions for caregivers on-site to improve completion rates.
• Assist with recruiting activities including interviews, job fairs, and grassroots marketing.
• Transport caregivers to client locations and training sessions as needed.
• Deliver PPE and other supplies to caregivers in the field as requested.
• Assist caregivers in navigating company systems and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Log caregiver questions and feedback and elevate recurring issues to the Caregiver Manager.
• Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives as directed by the Caregiver Manager.
• Participate in field visits and caregiver check-ins to support experience and readiness.
