Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Florida to assist individuals in residential settings with daily living, health monitoring, and community integration. You will implement individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to ensure safety and respectful care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsabilités

• Directly support individuals in accordance with their plans, including socialization, health maintenance and skill/behavior development.
• Accurately document progress and activities and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers.
• Report any incidents, abuse or health concerns according to policy and procedures.
• Uphold Sevita Customer Service Standards and rights of individuals served.
