Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Excellent communication and compassion

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and everyday activities.
• Support participants with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and promote community participation.
