Always Best Care - Pierce County and Thurston County is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning home care team serving South King County. If you are a dependable CNA or HCA, we offer meaningful work, consistent shifts, and competitive pay.

We provide personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship in clients' homes, with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Washington State CNA or HCA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.
• Reliable and compassionate caregiver with strong communication.
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support.
• Assist clients with medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping.
• Light housekeeping and companionship; observe changes and report.
• Deliver care per established care plans with empathy.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will:

Caregiver Requirements

To qualify for this caregiver role, you must:
