Always Best Care Senior Services Edmonds is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home. Whether you’re a CNA, HCA, Nurse Aide, or have similar training, you’ll join a team that values heart and professionalism.

Earn $22-$25 per hour with flexible shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing training. We support your growth and provide a positive work environment across South Snohomish and North King County.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Washington State CNA, HCA, NAR, or Nurse Aide credential.
• Passion for helping seniors thrive and remain independent at home.
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional with good communication.
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to assist with lifting and mobility when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and observe health changes.
• Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
• Ensure families have peace of mind with quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Observe and report changes in clients’ health and well-being
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Help families enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved one is well cared for
