Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (CNA/HCA) to support older adults in Washington. Enjoy daytime shifts with competitive pay of $23–$25 per hour, depending on certifications and experience.

Training and growth opportunities are provided, with travel between client visits as needed. We serve Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, Kenmore, Ballard, University District, Maple Leaf, and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification is required.
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Driver's license with insured vehicle required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
