Job summary

Always Best Care in Seattle area is hiring compassionate caregivers for daytime shifts across West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and surrounding areas. Join a supportive team dedicated to helping clients maintain independence at home.

Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, meals, and daily routines, plus driving to client visits. Experience with older adults preferred; CNA/HCA certification required; valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)

• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily routines.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Assist with appointments, errands, and outings.

Pay Range: Enjoy competitive pay ranging from $23–$25 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Compensation Schedule: Benefit from consistent weekly pay you can count on.

Available Shifts: 4–8-hour daytime shifts with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is a plus.
