Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers (CNA/HCA) to join our dedicated team serving Shoreline, Lynnwood, Northgate, Bothell, and nearby communities. Help older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer daytime shifts with competitive pay of $23-$25 per hour, depending on certifications and experience, plus benefits. A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to drive are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA or HCA certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to drive clients to appointments and activities.
• One year or more experience with older adults preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and daily living support.
• Assist with personal hygiene and preparing nutritious meals.
• Keep client homes tidy, safe, and welcoming.
• Assist with transportation to medical visits, shopping, and activities.
• Deliver individualized care respecting client preferences and independence.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
