Always Best Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide daytime in-home care across West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton and surrounding areas.

We offer competitive pay of $23-$25 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible 4-8 hour daytime shifts with some weekend availability. Join a supportive team committed to helping clients maintain independence and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required
• One year or more of experience in home care or with older adults
• Must be 18 years or older

Available Shifts: 4-8-hour daytime shifts with flexible scheduling. Weekend availability is a plus.

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
• CNA or HCA certification required
• Prefer a high school degree or GED
• One year or more of experience supporting older adults
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
• Clear background check and drug test
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
