Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking caregivers to provide compassionate 1:1 in-home care for clients in North King County and Snohomish County. Roles include assisting with daily living, light housekeeping, and transportation, with day and evening shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Qualified candidates hold a CNA or Home Care Aide license, have prior care experience, and can pass background checks and medical clearance.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA license required; prior care experience preferred.
• Two references required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and medical clearance prior to hire; work authorization required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
• Light housekeeping to promote a safe, clean home environment.
• Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
• Provide companionship and supervision.

Always Best Care Senior Services Seeks to Build a Core Team of Experienced Caregivers, and Currently Have All Shifts Available. Our Caregivers Will Provide Excellent and Compassionate 1:1 Care for Clients in Their Homes Throughout North King County and Snohomish County. The Caregiver Will Provides Assistance and Support to Our Clients in Their Daily Activities, Promoting Their Independence and Well-being.

Schedules: Day and Evening – Specific Hours Based on Client Needs and Caregiver Availability

Pay Range: $22-$25 per Hour Depending on Experience

Requirements:

• Must Have Effective Oral and Written English Communication Skills to Work with Clients/Families
