Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN is seeking caring, dedicated caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to join our compassionate team. You’ll work with residents in our 32-unit assisted living and memory care communities to provide personalized support that makes each day brighter.

Whether you’re experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow alongside a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

What We’re Looking For:

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
