Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN, is seeking caring caregivers for its Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized support and brighten each day.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication as you assist with daily activities, mobility, and medication assistance. Both PT and FT roles are available with weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or assisted living is preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to assist with medications and pass medications after training.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NOC shift 10PM-6AM is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

About the Role:

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person-centered care environment. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• NOC Shift 10PM-6AM

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
