Covenant Glen of Frankenmuth is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, reliable care for clients on the first shift. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, and mobility, while promoting safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe environment, offering companionship, and monitoring clients for changes, then communicating observations to family and healthcare staff.

Competenze

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights/weekends.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent / Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or CNA program completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment
• Provides companionship
• Monitors clients for changes in condition, and communicates important observations to family members and healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
