Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Westminster, SC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA to provide in-home care with empathy and dignity. This flexible part-time role offers daytime shifts and pay of $15–$16 per hour based on experience and licensing.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and companionship; provide medication reminders; and document health conditions. Requirements include 3+ months caregiving experience, a minimum 20 hours per week, CNA preferred but not required, reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• CNA certification preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
• Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

• Flexible Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Daytime shifts available (between 8a-8p)
• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
• Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
• 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:
